Old Class Shanghai Gathering
Sunday, March 12, 2-4pm 

Join the ¡°Old Class¡± gathering of a group of elder locals in their old house in the French Concession, become a lao ke le (Old Class Shanghainese) for an afternoon: chat the old good days and dance in Shanghai style in the 1930' s.

Price: RMB 60
Meeting place:
1:50pm meet in front of the Sasha's, and then walk to the gathering place.

CCC guides you to Feng Jing, one of the four famous Ancient owns (1,500 years) with well-preserved shrines, lanes, old schools, and rivers & bridges; then tour the People¡¯s Commune, a historical site & museum representing the Cultural Revolution Commune, from the Party conference hall, office furnishings to arms and slogans. The day tour ends up with a visit to a village famous for farmer¡¯ arts & crafts, ranging from folk style painting for the kitchen, embroidery to paper-cut.

Price: RMB 280 (includes transportation, lunch, boating fee and all other entrance fee)
