Stress relief techniques for you and your family!

Most people think of acupuncture or acupressure as a way to relieve pain, but simple tapping on acupuncture points is also a powerful stress reliever and tool that can be used to address many psychological issues.

By tapping or rubbing on certain meridian points, you can eliminate or reduce many negative emotions, including fear, anger, grief, traumatic memories, anxiety and stress, among others. It also often works on physical issues or illnesses that have an emotional aspect, such as headaches, muscle stiffness, food cravings, smoking, asthma and many more.

In this therapy, we assume that negative emotion is caused by a disruption in the body's energy system, and that physical issues such as illness will have an effect on emotions. This technique works by correcting this disruption. The method is very simple and involves focusing on the problem and then tapping on certain acupuncture points. It is uncomplicated, easy to do, and has a profound positive affect on many problems.
