Qing-Ming is a day to memorize the passing-away，
Normally during the first week of April,
It is the time for the beginning of spring,
To welcome the new birth.
Qing means clear,
Ming means bright,
But on the day of Qing-Ming,
It is always cloudy and rainy.
The clouds and rain soon pass away,
To let the clear and the bright be,
The sun shines through the air,
Upon everything that can be seen.
The Qing-Ming also reminds us,
That ourselves are passing away,
Life is flowing to the future,
In the very next day.
Wandering through the grass and trees,
Breathe with the breathing of earth,
The passing-away has been the inseparable part,
Of here and now.
The buds are passing away,
To meet the blooming,
The cold is passing away,
To be the warmth.
When it is arising,
It is diminishing,
When it is dim and dark,
It is becoming Qing and Ming.
Having a clear and bright mindfulness,
To embrace the afflictions,
Having a clear and bright awareness,
To shine through the emotions.
Qing-Ming is a day of passing-away,
Let the clear and bright mind awake.
