Click the ¡°Reservation¡± button at the bottom of the tour/event description page and sign your name up. Please ensure that the contact details you have provided are accurate so we can reach you to confirm the details of the event. Please provide the following information about yourself and any other members of your party as necessary:

-A phone number and email address where we can easily reach you

No pre-payment is required for most in-town tours and clases, you can immidately see online if there are any spaces available and whether you have successfully registered. That's all. Usually no pre-payment is required, just pay when you arrive. So it is very simple and convenient.

But for out of Town Trips, we need you to pay in advance and

-Out of Town Trips:

Accurate personal information for you and all members of your party, including:

1) the official name of each person as written on his or her passport;
2) passport number and country of issue for each traveler;
3) dates of birth for any children under the age of 11 (so they can receive any applicable CCC and/or travel discounts);
4) what type (or types, if you need multiple) of hotel rooms you require (options: 2 single beds, 1 double bed, single room, extra bed, etc.)

Please let us know if you would like to share a carriage on the train and or/your hotel room with particular people. This is particularly important with train tickets as your cabin cannot be changed once it is assigned. We need to know your preferences in advance to arrange them.

2. You will receive an automatic email confirmation that your registration was received. Please note that for out-of-town tours involving air or train ticekts and hotels, this automated message is NOT a guarantee of your reservation.

3. For Out of Town Tours, a CCC registration coordinator will contact you shortly after registration to invite you to make a payment for the tour if space was still available at the time you registered. Until payment is made, you are not guaranteed a place. Air and train tickets are limited, so reservations are processed on a first-pay, first-served basis.
For In Town Events, payment may be made on the day of the event unless otherwise specified.

4. For Out of Town Tours, once payment is made you will receive a detailed itinerary. The final step is joining the event on the appointed day and time and enjoying!
(please note that we reserve the right to cancel any event that does not reach the minimum number of registrations, but we will make every effort to prevent this)

1. Pay in person
by cash or credit card at CCC¡¯s office in Chaoyang District, Beijing. This is the recommended procedure if you are able to do it as bank transfers in China can be complicated.You can either pay in cash or pay with a credit card. If you plan to pay by credit card, please note that there is an extra 3% fee for international cards and NO charge for local cards. Credit card payments must be made in person because the card must be swiped through a machine (POS machine).

2. Using your credit card without having to come to our office.

Please click to download the Credit card authorization form (Moto form). In order for the bank to charge the amount to your credit card it requires the following:

* Moto form with your signature

Please note that there is a 3% bank charge if an international credit card is used. When filling out the Moto form please do not forget to add in the 3% bank charge to your calculations.

CCC has found that faxed photocopies of the above information are not legible and recommends that you either scan or take photos of the requested information and email it to us at tina@chinaculturecenter.org

Sample Bank Deposit Form:

*This is a business bank account, not a personal account. It is useful for customers to be able to deposit money directly into a large bank like the Bank of China because there are branch locations worldwide, so the account was opened under the name of the CCC director since the Bank of China will not open a business account for such a small organization.
