Usually CCC requires no pre-payment for day tours, just directly book your tours online and pay on the day when you join the tour. But pre-payment IS required for out-of-town tours.

CCC will respond to every email concerning payment immediately. If you do not hear from us, this may indicate that we may have not received your email and we would advise you to call us to confirm. We cannot guarantee that we have received an email, so it is your responsibility to ensure we receive your payment information before the published deadlines. Thank you for your understanding.

Last minute booking: CCC cannot guarantee that we will be able to reserve tickets and rooms at that late stage but we will try our best. Thank you for your understanding.

CCC must receive your payment before the published deadline for you to receive the corresponding price (early bird, regular, late, etc.) and to guarantee your transportation and hotel reservations.

There are 4 ways to make your payment:

1. Pay in person by cash or credit card at CCC' s office in Chaoyang District, Beijing.
2. Bank transfer
3. Using your international credit card without having to come to our office.
4. Paypal

Payment Procedures in detail


1. Pay in person by cash or credit card at CCC' s office in Beijing This is the recommended procedure if you are able to do it as bank transfers in China can be complicated. You can either pay in cash or pay with a credit card (swiped through a POS machine). If you plan to pay by credit card, please note that there is an extra 3% fee for international cards and NO charge for local cards.

2. Bank transfer
Note : CCC must receive a copy of the bank transfer receipt before the published deadline in order to guarantee your price.
Weekdays, you can perform a wire transfer:

From mainland China
Please perform a bank transfer directly into the CCC bank account at the China Construction Bank and then fax the receipt to CCC at 6432 0145 for verification. You may go to any Chinese Bank or Chinese branch of an international bank to make the deposit. Please bring your passport or other personal ID with you. If possible, we recommend you bring someone with you who speaks and writes Chinese (if you do not) as this will make the process easier. If paying CNY inside China, the payee’s name and the payee’s bank name MUST be written in Chinese characters.

If you plan to take more tours with CCC and pay by bank transfer, you might consider picking up multiple deposit slips while you are at the bank and having a friend who writes Chinese help you fill out extra forms to use for future payments.

Bank transfer from mainland China over the weekend

If you are in Beijing: you can go to any of the following banks: Bank of China / China Construction Bank / Industrial and Commercial Bank of China / Bank of Communications / China Merchants Bank / Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (as not all banks operate over the weekend) and use the same procedures as above to make your bank transfer.

if you are not in Beijing (ex. If you are in Shanghai ): Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China DON'T provide this service outside of Beijing on weekends. You can try China Construction Bank (some branches work on only one day per weekend between 9am-4pm) or Bank of Communications / China Merchants Bank / Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and use the same procedures as above to make your bank transfer.

ATM machine Transfer

If it is not possible for you to go to a bank, you can also perform a wire transfer at any ATM machine. However, this would mean transferring the money to the personal account of a CCC member of staff and not the CCC corporate bank account (as this is not possible at an ATM). Please consult our tour coordinator for the details.

From other countries, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Region

Please note that international bank transfers normally take 5-10 working days to complete. Please check with your bank and make sure your payment arrives before the established deadline to guarantee your price range and the availability of flights, hotels etc.

3. Using your international credit card without having to come to our office.

Please click here to download the Credit card authorization form (Moto form). For the bank to charge the amount to your international credit card (not included local Chinese card) requires the following:

* Moto form with your signature
* Electronic photocopy of both sides of your international credit card

Please note that there is a 3% bank charge for international credit card use. When filling out the Moto form please do not forget to add in the 3% bank charge to your calculations.

CCC has found that faxed photocopies of the above information are not legible and recommends that you either scan or take digital photos of the requested information and email it to the travel registration coordinator with whom you have been in contact.

Note: CCC must receive your form 2 days before the published deadline in order to have time to process it, and for funds to be received on/by the published deadline.

4. Paypal

Pay online through Paypal service. It just takes a few minutes.

Please note that there is a 4% surcharge using Paypal. So you have to add in the 4% surcharge to your calculations.
