Title: Operation Manager of Culture & Travel Booking Department
Job Description:
* supervise a staff of several full-time and part-time
employees and ensuring smooth delivery of all tours and cultural
programs,including evaluating the performance of employees, allocating
employee bonuses, handling scheduling and work-flow, holding regular
staff meetings, conducting general office management, managing daily
operations, etc.
* supervise the organization and implementation of cultural classes
and lectures from registration to venue set-up.
* maintain and improve custermer relations monitoring feedback and
ensure that the staff respond to problems in a timely fashion reporting
any problems to the General manager with solutions and be prepared
to oversee the implementation of these solutions
* Be invovled in marketing and business development of the company.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Good attention to details.
* Maturity and professionalism
* No tourism-related experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably
with some experience as a manager
* Experience working with westerners
* Interest in Chinese cultural programs
